What Xinder is

Xinder is an independent web companion for the 3DX Phone experience. It is not an official 3DXChat, 3DX Phone or game publisher service.

Data we process

We process account credentials, avatar name, profile details, preferences, uploaded photos, likes, matches, chat messages, session tokens and basic technical request data needed to run the service.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, show profiles in discovery, calculate and display matches, deliver chats, store photos, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

Signing in with DX-ID

Xinder has no password of its own. You sign in with your DX-ID, the same account as the 3DX Phone. DX-ID tells Xinder which Xinder profile is yours; your DX-ID password is never sent to Xinder.

End-to-end encrypted chats

Chat messages are encrypted on your device before they are sent. The server stores and delivers only the encrypted message, with who sent it to whom and when. It can't read what you wrote. The key that opens your messages stays on your device (in your browser, or in the 3DX Phone). If you clear your browser's site data, older messages can't be opened there any more.

Online status

While Xinder is open in a visible browser tab, or while you play 3DXChat with the 3DX Phone, your device tells the server that you're online. The server keeps only the time of the last signal and shows you as “Online now” to your matches and in Discover for up to 3 minutes after it. Where you are online is never shown. You can turn this off under Me with “Show when I'm online”.

Your choices

You can update your profile, remove photos, limit discovery preferences and log out from the app. Requests for account or data removal should be sent to the site operator.

Security

Sessions use access tokens and refresh cookies. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so do not upload content or send messages you are not comfortable storing on the service.
